Reloads and Purchases

Summer 2018 | Venmo Design Internship

During my 10 weeks interning at Venmo as a Product Design Intern, I was able to design new ideas, test with research, and even win two hackathons. While I was able to do a variety of work during my internship, my projects had a focus on commerce initiatives at Venmo, where I evaluated and executed on ways to make the funding and movement of money more clear to users.

I also made two emojis for Paypal's Intern Emoji Hackathon where I was one of the winning teams and will have my emoji featured in Venmo as part of their Back to School Fall series. Last but not least, in my second to last week at Venmo I worked on "Undo Payments" as a designer on a hack week team and won an award for best customer solution.

The Project

My main project of evaluating money movement was focused on Reloads and Purchase Details in the Venmo App.
